I’m Faiza, a certified Parent Coach, Corporate Mindfulness Facilitator, Speaker & Workplace Transition Specialist, specializing in life transitions in the workplace such as parental leave, divorce, grief, elderly care, and more. After experiencing the highs and challenges of returning to work myself, I realized how isolating and overwhelming it can feel - and how much difference the right support makes. I now work with both individuals and organizations to create smoother, more supported returns to work.

 

I founded my coaching practice to address a common challenge: the expectation to “bounce back” after parental leave. My approach combines practical strategies with emotional support, helping clients protect their wellbeing while advancing their careers.

Through 1:1 coaching, I’ve guided parents to:

  • Return to work with confidence and clarity

  • Strengthen relationships at home and at work

  • Develop strategies for balance and sustainable success

  • Navigate career transitions and identity shifts after parenthood

 

Alongside individual coaching, I partner with HR and leadership teams to design frameworks that benefit not only the parent, but also the team and the wider business. By equipping leaders with strategies that foster inclusion, flexibility, and retention, I help organizations create cultures where working parents can thrive.
